Come as you are to relax & let go in a soothing Sound Meditation Journey. The frequencies are designed to calm the mind and relax the body. Using voice, crystal singing bowls, drums, percussion instruments, and more. Be gently guided through meditation, and breathwork. Each Sound journey invites you to connect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and restore balance from within. Every three weeks. Returning with a new facilitator Natasha Gillian on the 25th of July 2026 from 4pm sharp. BYO Yoga Mat and blanket, chairs will be provided. Cost: $23 or $17 concession Bookings Essential. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS If a program is cancelled, your payment is refunded in full or it can be transferred to another class. If you cancel your booking, less than 48 hours before the class we are unable to refund your payment.
