Each full moon brings a wave of powerful energy, but the Beaver Moon, which name comes from Native American and European traditions, as November is when beavers would begin building their winter dams and stores of food. It is also a Supermoon. A Supermoon occurs when the full moon coincides with the moon's closest point to Earth in its elliptical orbit.
