This Master Class will tap into Intellectual, Emotional, Social, Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Financial and Environmental Health creating wholeness Wheel and balance. Incorporating yoga, EFT, Art Therapy, mindfulness, mediation, sound therapy and tea ceremony. Can this all be done in 3.5 hours, with Play it most definitely can! Your Facilitators are Tina Mental health Partitioner and Art Therapist. Ally Healer African drummer and Anna Marie Art Therapist and Counsellor.
