WOMENS TRANSFORMATIONAL and SELF CARE DANCE This workshop will focus on our connection to the innermost self … the part that often is not acknowledged. There is no prior dance experience or fitness level necessary. Bookings essential. Saturday 10.00am - 12.30pm. Cost: $45.00 (full) $35.00 (Concession) per session.
